This month I led a service at the UU Church in Pittsfield accompanied by an astonishing musician: Jason Curran. Not only is his music amazing, but the selections he chooses to compliment a service seem magical. If you ever see a listing for a performance of his, gift yourself by attending.

A Very Special Thank You to Jason Curran for his beautiful music and co-creative spirit. Felt like spiritual alchemy in ways I simply cannot explain and will not try at this time. Other than to say, he brought tears to my eyes with his rendition of “Beautiful Dreamer” – he could not have known how special that song is to me, and more so now.

The New Moon in Leo is an expansive time. Here at Twinkle’s Place our home feels open in ways it has not in many many months. Perhaps because we have one less resident temporarily at this time and the energy is moving with more ease. Perhaps too because new and better things are on the horizon.
Mystic Mamma contributors tell us it is a time of sparkling creativity!
And to that we can certainly claim true, for this summer itself has been filled with such creativity and the closer we come to the new moon, the more powerful and vibrant the feeling is. Transitional times are upon us all.

When I lived in Concord, MA, I was delighted that my home congregation – First Parish in Concord – had a Reverence for Life group. Each month a vegan potluck was hosted that showcased such delicious food! Additionally, a guest speaker would present to those assembled. It was a beautiful way to begin to inculcate a deeper understanding of true reverence for life – all beings and truly begin to take steps towards living into our first principle of the inherent worth and dignity of all along with respect for the interdependent web of life for which we are all part of.
