NOTE: Twinkle’s Place has long been at the center of Rev. “Twinkle” Marie Manning’s ministry. We’ve  work collaboratively with Melusine’s Haven on Kineo and in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, as well as other nonprofit organizations nationally and internationally to foster transformational programs. In 2025 the new location of Twinkle’s Place Northern Maine Retreat Center & Artist Retreat will be revealed. Retreats and programs will continue take place in person and online. See details below.

Spring 2025: NOTE from Twinkle’s Place Board of Directors: We will be updating this website to reflect the next incarnation of Twinkle’s Place. Twinkle will continue to offer musings along with sharing some of her personal reflections and experiences. We know, based on your emails and letters, how important that has been to many of you. That said, much of our content will shift back towards promoting our upcoming events and features on our in-house guests including our resident artists and retreat and workshop facilitators. We look forward hosting participants at our Northern Maine location in collaboration with Melusine’s Haven and we look forward to establishing additional locations to expand this ministry in collaboration with retreat leaders in existing retreat centers. Autumn 2024: Melusine’s Haven is seeking a new location in Florida, as well as establishing an affiliate recognition program identifying new and existing retreat centers and organizations as “Melusine’s Havens.” Visit the Melusine’s Haven website for details!

Twinkle’s Place is recognized as a Melusine’s Haven. Its programs offer compassionate opportunities for survivors of domestic violence and other life experiences that have created trauma in individuals and families. Retreats and workshops provide opportunities for rejuvenation and reflection through creative expression, connection with nature, and in collaboration with skilled retreat facilitators.

Twinkle’s Place is a registered Maine non-profit organization.  It is the pivotal part of Twinkle’s ministry and service to the world.

It is a gathering place and retreat center founded in transformational values and principles. Some activities include wellness workshops, retreats and seminars; meditations and contemplative services; yoga, dance, and art classes; writing retreats, television Salon-style Gatherings and Fireside Chats and even house concerts, to list a few of the kinds of gatherings she hosted. Twinkle will also continue to host her TV for Your Soul productions regularly at Twinkle’s Place and publish books via the publishing branch, Matrika Press.

The next incarnation of Twinkle’s Place will also include an Artist Residency program.

Twinkle walks in between the secular, artistic and spiritual worlds.

In addition to being an ordained interfaith minister and a workshop & retreat leader, she is a development consultant, book publisher, and television and event producer.
