Each wedding is unique, and the scope of service varies accordingly. Once we have our initial conversation and discuss your wedding vision, we can create a wedding ceremony plan that best meets your needs. Below is a sample of basic rates.
$ 400 – Vow renewal (no rehearsal)
$ 500 – Elopement ceremony or getaway wedding (no rehearsal)
$ 700 – Wedding ceremony (pre-scripted)
$ 900 – Customized ceremony with curated selections
$ 1,200 – Completely customized wedding ceremony
Each wedding package includes:
- Guidance on obtaining the marriage license
- Pre-wedding consultation to plan logistics of ceremony
- Coordinating with your wedding planner
- Rehearsal (with the exception of elopement packages)
- Wedding ceremony officiating
- Keepsake wedding certificate
- Filing marriage license in accordance with Maine state laws (with the exception of vow renewals)
- Officiant is available to provide a blessing or guided-meditation at the rehearsal, as well as for the bride, groom and bridal party prior to the ceremony on the wedding day.

❉ Travel and Time Expenses ❉
Travel expenses shall be determined on an individual basis. Such may include accommodations depending on location of rehearsal and wedding, time of day, etc.
Most municipalities in Maine now allow marriages licenses to be mailed directly to the town office. Some, however, do not. Rev. Manning’s fee for traveling to deliver the license to the town office is $75 per hour round trip from her residence. Distances shall be calculated via Google Maps typical travel times. The couple is not responsible for delays incurred by road construction or other potential time hinderances.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
- A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total cost of the wedding (or vow-renewal) ceremony package as listed above and a signed copy of this contract must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the availability of Officiant.
- Payment balance in full is due thirty (30) days prior to the wedding ceremony. This payment is also non- refundable.
- Elopements must be paid in full at time of booking.
- Payment is accepted via Paypal.
- Any admission or parking fees associated with wedding venue are to be paid for by Couple.
- Couple may cancel this contract for Officiant services for any reason up to 30 days prior to their wedding date.
- Should Couple cancel this contract, Couple is released from paying the balance of Officiant fees and Officiant is released from obligation to perform wedding ceremony.
- Should Couple have paid in full prior to canceling the contract, Officiant shall refund Couple 50% of the total package fees; Officiant shall keep the non-refundable retainer of 50% of service fees.
- Should Couple wish to cancel Officiant services 29 days or less prior to wedding date, Couple is responsible for paying full balance of fees to Officiant.
- In the event that the scheduled Officiant is unable to perform the Couple’s ceremony due to illness, hospitalization, accident, transportation breakdown or other unforeseeable causes, she will make every attempt to notify the Couple and arrange for another qualified officiant to perform the wedding ceremony in the manner in which the Couple and Officiant have arranged in this agreement.

Service Deposits
Should your contract include services beyond the basic ceremony packages, you will be given an invoice and/or Paypal link that details your specific arrangements for additional fees.
