I was overwhelmed with peace and calmness as I participated in this event.
Above with dear Soul friend Karen Regnante!!
As an event and television producer, I know what it takes to create magic from the pieces we weave together. I understand the thin like between organization and chaos that can be crossed back and forth over the duration of a filming or event.
The Body, Mind & Spirit Festival was host to the EXPO as well as recording television clips for the show.
Beth Guidry Hoffman was the event manager overseeing the day’s activities.
Thanks to Beth’s coordination skills, the event ran smoothly, and I was for the first time ever (at a work event) able to RELAX, Mingle and answer questions about our projects with the ease of an attendee.
It was pure BLISS.
As I meandered through the aisles of sponsor tables, the array of vendors dedicated to making the world a better place filled my heart with Joy.
Authors, Reiki Workers, Massage Therapists, Life Coaches, Angel Card Readings, Fair Trade garments, the list goes on of those who came out to support Body, Mind & Spirit TV show and the Whole Wellness Movement.
And, happily, I was joined by many of my friends who stopped in for a workshop, or spent the whole day enjoying activities:
I even had a complimentary service with the amazing Suu Feathers of Fearless Flame Healing Arts:
Suu’s work is transformational. She was able to clear space in my body that allowed me to breathe so deeply into my belly I recommend her services to everyone!
We look forward to future Body, Mind & Spirit Festivals!
